Coffee roasting business is easy to access compared to other field, because it's not an engineering field, You can learn the craft, you will need time (money) and you may over roast some beans at the beginning. I think it's like cooking where cooks wants to give customer a good impression, for coffee roasting it's about beans origin, heat, time, temperature, rest time, ...
Building an initial customer base, packaging, branding, purchasing and logistics could turn to be difficult. You should probably be gifted, passionate and skilled if you want to stay in this business for more than two year.
